Our History
Complete Wellness & Aesthetics is a locally owned family business with a 50-year history rooted in a passion for helping individuals achieve their long-term health goals. Founded by a physician, Complete Wellness & Aesthetics was founded as a weight loss clinic and pioneered the use of hormone therapy and peptides.
As client needs changed, so did our services, and we expanded our team to include a chiropractor and partnered with a professional fitness trainer. Combining their medical knowledge and practical experience to stay on top of the latest health and wellness trends, they separated savvy marketing from true advancements in weight loss, hormone therapy, peptide, and stem cell therapies to bring only the best, most effective treatment to patients.
The third generation of this partnership remains committed to these founding principles. We pair time-tested treatments with continuing education and training in anti-aging medicine to create individualized programs that meet a patient’s distinct needs. Max Holiday, NP
We are very excited to welcome our stem cell specialist Max Holiday, NP. We have been offering these amazing treatment options for over 10 years, and with Max’s extensive experience, he has performed more of these treatments than most medical providers in the country. Max has been in healthcare for over 30 years, graduating from University of North Florida, he trained at the Mayo Clinic Oncology and Hematology. During that tenure, he started studying functional/alternative medicine advancing his credentials through the American Academy of Regenerative A4M Functional Medicine (American Academy of Anti-Aging). He has collaborated with leading regenerative doctors treatment protocols and refined the art of treating the disease process using multiple modalities based on the specialized needs of the patient.
